    Our Whimsical skincare philosophy is deeply rooted in the owner's personal journey with acne. From experiencing her first breakouts as a child and preteen to grappling with severe cystic acne in her early twenties, she understands firsthand how challenging acne can be for one's mental health. She's educated on how acne is largely influenced by genetics, and that the path to healing is neither immediate nor straightforward. This experience shapes how she teaches her employees and the way they approach skincare with compassion and understanding.
